WILDLY SOBER

A life that is fully you

You’ve had this voice in the back of your head, inviting you to consider what life without alcohol could look like.

What if you did not have to rely on liquid courage for confidence?

What if you felt clear headed and could handle your stress head on instead of numbing it?

What if your relationships were based on true connection and adventure?

And what if you discovered that life could actually be a lot more fun and colorful without alcohol?

That is what living a wildly sober life looks like - on your terms!

Join me on a 12-week guided exploration to create an empowering, rewarding and fun filled life without alcohol.

Believe me, I know exactly where you are.

8 years ago, I was in the exact same place.

Knowing that alcohol was dimming my light and keeping me from my greatest potential. I was scared of what dating sober, socializing and coping with stress would look like without alcohol by my side. I knew that eliminating it would require me to live outside my comfort zone and go against the grain but I knew I had to do this for me, my life depended on it. When I was drinking, I did not recognize who I was and that scared me more than the fear of living without alcohol. To become the person I wanted to be, I had to make a change, and alcohol had to go.

From that moment forward I committed to creating the life I desired. After years of experimenting with different sobriety programs, the biggest game changer for me was gathering an aligned community.

Without them I would not be where I am today.

And that’s why I created Wildly Sober.

WILDLY SOBER is designed to empower you through your sobriety journey. A space of exploration, real connection and discovery to show you what is possible without alcohol in your life. This program will give you the confidence to be unapologetically you and build a life that excites & inspires you to keep going.

“Most people do not actually change their lives until not changing becomes the less comfortable option. This means that they do not actually embrace the difficulty of altering their habits until they simply do not have another choice. Staying where they are is not viable.
